What To Bring To Camp

 

___ HEALTH FORM AND BALANCE DUE (SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN MAILED BY  JULY 1)

___ RAINJACKET

___ LIGHT JACKET OR SWEATSHIRT

___ BIBLE (IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE, WE'LL LOAN YOU ONE)

___ ONE SET OF CLOTHES FOR GETTING REALLY WET (DARK SHIRT AND PANTS NO SHORTER THAN THE KNEES)  

___ TOOTHBRUSH, TOOTHPASTE, SOAP, SHAMPOO, ETC.

___ BATH TOWEL AND WASH CLOTH

___ YOU MAY WISH TO BRING A BATHROBE

___ DAY PACK OR SMALL BACKPACK (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, WE'LL LOAN YOU ONE)

___ SUNSCREEN

___ FLASHLIGHT

___ CAMERA (OPTIONAL)

___ SLEEPING BAG, SHEET, OR BED ROLL, PILLOW CASE (CAMP PROVIDES PILLOW AND ONE BLANKET)

___ ONE CAN OF SHAVING CREAM (No menthol)

___ WRITING PEN OR PENCIL

___ TALENT FOR TALENT SHOW (CAMP HAS A PIANO, CASSETTE AND CD PLAYERS)

___ MONEY FOR SNACKS FROM THE BOOSTER CLUB CANTEEN IF YOU WANT

___ MONEY FOR SOUVENIR T-SHIRT IF YOU WANT ONE ($12-14)

___ MONEY FOR GROUP PICTURE IF YOU WANT ONE ($7)

___ BRING NO GUM, RADIOS OR STEREOS, OR VIDEO GAMES, ETC.

___ A SUPER SPIRIT FOR ADVENTURE AND FUN!

APPAREL  NOTE:  In late July and early August the weather here is generally pleasant.  However, it can rain, it can be 90º+ (low humidity) in the day and in the 40's at night.  Proper apparel would be layers, like a T-shirt or short sleeve shirt with a long sleeve shirt over it, and a jacket or sweatshirt carried or tied on.
